Counselling and Psychotherapy in Watford and North London
I am a Counsellor and UKCP registered Psychotherapist with 19 years' experience of working with individuals, couples and groups.
I now work mainly in private practice - in both Watford (Hertfordshire) and Kilburn (North London), offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, but my professional experience also includes working in organisations in the drugs and alcohol field as well as youth work and mental health.
My approach weaves together the professional training and clinical, and personal experience and understanding I have accumulated over the last 20 years, and from this I will try to make available to you what is most useful and relevant to you in your particular circumstances.
Specifically, I have trained and developed my approach to be 'integrative', drawing from a wide variety of established therapeutic approaches. This allows me to provide a kind of therapy which is tailored to the individual, rather than assuming that the same sort of therapy fits all.
